MASERU – Despite prevailing cold weather conditions, this weekend is expected to be a colourful package of amusement and humuor as various artists and comedians have been pen-ticked to entertain crowds in different locations across the country.

The funnymen booked to leave revelers in stiches tomorrow include Lilaphalapha, Masapo, Leotoana, Sir Matee, Tieho Khakhau, Rasta Eye Goodenough Moholo and Kagisure. Their show is called Comedy Night and will be held at the Victory Hall in Maseru. Juvy oa Lempara who has just released the hit song K’hoto, and Ramose Bosiu along with Vector have been lined up as local musicians entrusted to keep partygoers bouncing to their favourite tunes. The Mseja Theater Artists are to do a theater performance incorporated with poetry by Ntsie Phethoane and Teboho Rantsoabe. In another event, celebrated disc jockeys Skuzabell, Budda, Ashley The DJ, Finzo, Lovers (all from South Africa) and Davertz (Nkobonyana), Mekonko, Tsimza Boss (Lesotho) shall perform at the first annual Maputsoe Winter Festival also scheduled for tomorrow at Wella’s Park, in Leribe. DJ Davertz or Malefetsane Tsoeliane who trends as DJ Nkobonyana for wearing a herdboy blanket on stage, promised to leave a memorable impression at the show. This, DJ Nkobonyana told Metro in an interviewon Wednesday.
