Extremely cold weather conditions anticipated

According to a statement released by the LMS on Tuesday, the cold weather conditions are expected to last until Friday.
The condition is expected to become extremely cold on Thursday with the day temperatures projected to be less than 10 degrees Celsius across the country.
“The night time temperatures are expected to be below zero degrees Celsius from Wednesday to Friday resulting in frosty conditions in some areas. The temperatures are expected to gradually improve from Saturday,” the LMS statement also says.

It adds: “The nation is therefore encouraged to take necessary precautions during this period and stay tuned to local media for frequent updates from the Lesotho Meteorological Services.” LeNA
