BEREA – In a shocking recent event the Majaheng men decided to set alight a number of houses over a beer fight. A report shows that about four men were drinking at a local public bar when a scuffle surfaced after one of them drank beer but failed to buy when his turn came.

This was when his friends decided to revenge buy burning his home after a fist fight took place, explained a police report. One of the men who burned the house then ran to his relatives’ home in the same village and others who were backing the first victim, followed him to where he was hiding and set alight his relatives’ three houses.

In other news ‘stay-together’ partners were this week expelled by community guard men from Ha Mafata village in Leribe, accused of theft and adultery. A female partner was accused of sleeping with every Tom and Dick in the village while his partner was allegedly font of stealing peoples’ items and was recently found with stolen property that belonged to a neighbour.
