MASERU – Prime Minister Motsoahae Thabane who is leaving office to make way for his successor Dr Moeketsi Majoro says he is creating space for new blood in politics.

Thabane made the comments on Monday in Makhoakhoeng, in his Abia Constituency where he bade farewell to his All Basotho Convention (ABC) supporters and neighbours before his reign as premier ends.

He was, however, quick to note that he is only stepping down as prime minister, adding that he will still retain his position as ABC leader.
