TWO local female referees will have a busy schedule in October, officiating at the regional Council of Southern Africa Football Association (COSAFA) women’s championship and the Confederation of African Football (CAF) Women’s Africa Cup of Nations as well as the Women’s Under-20 world Cup qualifiers.

Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) Media Officer, Mikia Kalati said both Polotso Maapara and Puleng Mahomo left the country last week for the Women's (COSAFA) tournament scheduled for September 28- October 9 in Gqberha, South Africa.
Upon completion of their COSAFA assignment, the duo along with Nteboheleng Setoko, will head for Francistown in Botswana to officiate the Women's U-20 World Cup qualifier between Botswana and Angola as the first assistant referee, second assistant referee and fourth official respectively.

Kalati said Maapara and Mahomo will conclude their busy schedule in October with the Women's Africa Cup of Nations qualifier between Eswatini and Zimbabwe in Manzini, Eswatini.
Setoko will be the fourth official at the match between Namibia and Tanzania to be played later in October. LeNA
