PROMINENT Lesotho Football Association (LeFA) Assistant Referee, Souru Phatšoane is part of a group of elite match officials who have been appointed to oversee the decisive Group D CAF World Cup Qualifier between continental giants, the Indomitable Lions of Cameroon and Ivory Coast's the Elephants to be played in Douala, Cameroon on Tuesday.

The Elephants lead Group D with 13 points after a 3-0 victory over Mozambique last Saturday while Cameroon are second placed with 12 points following a 4-0 battering of Malawi on the same day.

Mikia Kalati, LeFA Media Officer said this means that the two African powerhouses are only separated by a point ahead of this crunch decisive meeting.
''Phatšoane will be working alongside Janny Sikaswe of Zambia as the Central Referee, Angola’s duo of Emiliano Dos Jerson Santos and Helder Martins Carvalho as First Assistant and Fourth Officials respectively,'' he noted.
