Although details into the incident are still sketchy, it is however, alleged that Private Nthabeleng Molise shot and almost killed Letsielo Khama on September 1, 2018 in Ha Leqele. When Ptv Molise of Qalabane, Mafeteng appears before the Maseru Magistrate’s Court on August 1, the court will set hearing dates for his case.

He was released on a M500 bail by High Court judge Justice Thamsanqa Nomncgongo. The judge also ordered him to report himself at the Thamae police station on the last Friday of every month. Molise is represented by Advocate Khosi Lesutu. The court further instructed him to attend remand hearings on set dates, stand trial to finality and not interfere with Crown witnesses. He appeared before Senior Resident Magistrate Peter Murenzi.
