MASERU – Berea Police are investigating the death of a 60-year old woman of Ha Letsoela in Berea whose body was found on Thursday evening between her home and a local spring.

Dead villager found near spring
The corpse, according to police spokesperson Superintendent (Supt) Mpiti Mopeli had several stab wounds and the intestines were exposed. Supt Mopeli said the dead woman was recognised by one of the villagers who notified the area chief before police were later called to the scene.
