The basketball star local player Mpho Theo Lesitsi of Leribe was last week injured in a road accident when his car collided head on with a van at Teya-teyaneng in Berea.

“It was a terrible accident but I only sustained some bruises on my left shoulder and hurt one of my toes. I am however quickly recovering though I received some stitches on the injured toe. I am confident that I will be ready for the opening game of the season when the national league kicks off,” the player who hails from Leribe also said.
