FNB M4 million robbery trial dates set
The judge of the high court, Justice Tšeliso Monaphathi, set the dates after the court delivered a ruling that evidence which was challenged in a trial within a trial would be admitted as evidence in the actual case. In this case, Tsikinyane of Thaba-Bosiu, a former employee of the bank is charged alongside Lehlohonolo ‘Mote for the crime that happened in October 26, 2008.

They were initially charged together with Lisema Ramokhoabane and Seemane Qhoai, but the two have since passed on. They were also charged together with Sekhonyana Ntlhabo and his son Monaheng Ntlhabo, but charges against the duo were withdrawn after they both turned state witnesses.
Mr. Tsikinyane and co-accused are represented by Advocates Motiea Teele KC and Monaheng Rasekoai and have pleaded not guilty to the charge. Advocate Motsoeli Tlali represents the crown. Lena
