MASERU - At least 20 people aged between 28 and 39 have appeared before the Maseru Magistrate’s Court after they were arrested for contravening provisions of the COVID-19 regulations.

According to the National Emergency Command Centre (NECC), the regulations provide that all people must be confined at their respective homes during the lockdown period.

The regulations also expect everybody to wear a face mask whenever they leave their places of abode.
