A SUSPECTED serial rapist who is believed to be responsible for a number of unresolved rape cases in Mohale’s Hoek finally ran into a dead-end when he was nabbed for sexually molesting a five-year old girl last week.

According to police spokesperson Superintendent Mpiti Mopeli, Thabo Chaole lured his young victim into his home and raped her sometime last week.

The girl whose parents are Chaole’s neighbours was playing alone near his home when he pounced on her, Supt Mopeli told a press briefing on Monday at the police headquarters.
