The defending champions clinched a 2-1 win away to rookies Manonyane in a match played in Nyokosoba with Mokone Marabe and Tšepang Sefali netting the two goals to hand their side its fourth victory in a row.
A-Matšo-Matebele will end the year on top of the Vodacom Premier League with 12 points from their four opening matches of the new campaign.
Tse-Putsoa on the other hand were made to sweat for the three points by Liphakoe at the LCS Ground as Teboho Pita scored a late goal to help the Charles Manda-coached side maintain its impressive start to the new season.
Pita, who has so far proved himself as one of the best signings in the early stages of the season, has already netted three goals from Matlama’s opening four matches.

The country’s most successful side and Bantu are the only two teams in the league, which have managed to maintain their winning start in the four games played so far as both LCS and Lioli dropped important points on Wednesday.
Tse-Nala were stunned by Lijabatho in Morija losing 2-1 in their first defeat of the new season while LCS played-out to a 1-1 draw with LDF at the Ratjomose Barracks.
Elsewhere, Linare and Kick4Life failed to produce goals as their encounter played at the Maputsoe DIFA Ground ended in a goalless draw. The inconsistent LMPS were also held to a goalless draw by Sefothafotha.
