LESOTHO Football Association (LeFA) in collaboration with the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA) will hold a week-long Members Association (MA) Elite Referees Online course that gets underway on Monday evening.

LeFA Media Officer, Mikia Kalati said the workshop will be attended by 35 participants under the facilitation of Gladys Mweemba (Technical) from Zambia and Mark Mzengu (Physical) from Malawi.

The two will be assisted by local instructors including Khotso Makhetha (Technical) and Selloane Mphuthing (Physical).
LeFA through its Technical Director's office spearheaded by Leslie Notsi has recently been holding a series of coaching and refereeing clinics throughout the country in a bid to increase the pool of local match officials and coaches.
The clinics are preliminary as they target people from the grassroots.

After being trained by facilitators drawn from the structures within the association, the participants are put on LeFA data base to give them a chance for further training like basics for the match officials or D licences for coaches.
