But because the respondents opposed the application, the court postponed the matter until August 5 for hearing. ’Mamoroallo also wants the two bodies to explain why they shall not be interdicted from proceeding with the hearing against her for alleged anti-doping violations of the Drug Free Sport Organisation’s anti-doping rules allegedly committed in Lesotho. She also wants the Drug Free Sport Organisation to tell the court reasons why it shall not be declared to have no authority to provisionally or at all suspend her for purported violation of the organisation’s anti-doping rules in as much as they have no application to her.

She further wants the court to ask the Drug Free Sport Organisation to show cause why its purported provisional suspension of her from competing and or participating in any authorised or organised sport by any amateur or professional league or any national or international level event dated May 7, 2019 shall not be declared unlawful, null and void and of no force or effect. She also wants the body to explain why it shall not be declared to have no authority and or jurisdiction to summon her to appear before it in South Africa. ’Mamoroallo is represented in the matter by King’s Counsel Motiea Teele KC while Advocate Letuka Molati appears for the respondents.
