Lamontville Golden Arrows head coach, Lehlohonolo Seema
Seema takes over at Abafana Bes'thende after a good campaign which saw the club finish in the top four, a best ever finish in their history.
"The Premier's Cup gives us an opportunity to see where we are as a team, when it comes to pressure. It is always here and if you don't like it, then don't be in football. "
"We've learned to live with it and what you need to do as a coach. You must make sure you protect players and our (role) is to make sure that we are very competitive," Seema told the media.
